GLOBAL AUTOMATION & INTEGRATION LEADER
Brought into Ashurst to establish and scale a high-performing global Integration and Automation function aligned to the firm’s 2027 digital strategy. The mandate was to strengthen delivery discipline, development practices, architectural governance, and global service reliability. The team has been structured around clear service ownership and a multi-integration methodology to ensure scalability, security and resilience.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
I was brought into Airservices Australia to shape and secure funding for a $36.1M greenfield Digital Twin and Automation program. I led the business case, benefits modelling, and procurement strategy, playing a key role in obtaining executive approval for the full investment. After funding was secured, I ran the competitive tender to appoint strategic delivery partners and transitioned into Program Director, leading a 50-person team. We delivered an AWS-hosted data platform integrating 20+ systems and advanced simulation capability, projected to generate $70M in ROI over 10 years while strengthening operational resilience in a safety-critical environment.

In my role as a key member of the global business improvement leadership team, I was responsible for setting and designing the strategy for my stream (Reporting & Analytics), ideas management and identifying opportunities for transformation, digital transformation, driving innovation and continuous improvement, delivering strategic initiatives and governing 3rd party service management.

ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
In this role I was a director level IT Advisory and executive partnership for divisional CFO’s. While in this role I led four main funded pieces of work which resulted from a multi-mil roadmap program. 1. Finance whitepaper with a complete health check of all processes, systems and capability. 2. Agile Automation & AI scale project 3. Strategic Roadmap for data (multiple BU's 1-2 year outlook) 4. Reporting transformation program with three sub-projects

EXECUTIVE MANAGER
There were two main responsibilities of this role, 1. To lead the outsourcing commercial deal and transition and 2. To set up the continuous improvement and innovation capability for the business unit. Along with that I identified and part-delivered an automated contract management solution, improving the workflow and contract approval times for major contracts.

SENIOR MANAGER
I was brought on to lead the finance process stream on the Oracle project but took on a team of 25 to manage a major portfolio ($20m). The Oracle project won an award for its delivery at Oracle World in 2015. Also started up a case study for the first RDA automations in Finance Shared Services.
