
I’ve built and scaled a brand from the ground up, teaching myself design, brand architecture, e-commerce strategy and digital growth along the way. From visual identity and packaging through to customer journeys, conversion optimisation and operational delivery, I immersed myself in every layer of what it takes to create something commercially viable and technically sound. I’m hands-on, data-driven and strategic, with a strong understanding of how technology, customer experience and brand positioning intersect. Beyond my professional roles, I’m passionate about giving back, speaking at events, mentoring emerging founders and volunteering within my community. I believe leadership is not just about delivery, but about contribution, impact and lifting others as you grow.
DIGITAL & MARKETING
To begin the begin I designed and developed my own website and learnt how to market. Marketing includes sales channels and revenue streams, all social media ads and campaigns, content design and copy writing.
COMMERCIAL & ACCOUNTING
Luckily my accounting experience provided me with an advantage here. All SKU and commercial constructs/ cost structures/ profit margins have been designed and set up by myself.
SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN
All research and product development started in 2020 and successfully runs itself through a third party. Sourcing and design still happen at home, with me and my husband.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Completed various courses and readings with the focus on Climate Change, Sustainability, The circular economy, U&N Sustainability goals, and packaging design.
